Sheraton Santiago Hotel & Convention Center

Great views of the Andes, the park of Cerro San Cristobal, and the city from my room! I was surprised and pleased by the crafts shop on the floor below the lobby, which was staffed by a very knowledgeable man who I believe had curated the items being sold. There were some absolutely beautiful textiles and ceramics made in Chile, so I was happy to be able to buy a few gifts there. I also liked the backyard area--I was a little unwell my first couple days and couldn't leave the hotel to go sightseeing, but I was well enough to leave my room and sit outside a bit, and it was nice to see some of the local birds. Finally, I massively appreciate that the staff was able to accommodate my request for late check-out on the day of my flight.

The location was ideal — right in the heart of the city and perfect for our business needs. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make our stay smooth. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. The door Staff where the best I have ever experienced, in articular one younger guy who brough a smail to my face every time I was warmly greeted by him. He is a gem!!

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were right there any time they were needed. The food was varied and great.

My experience was great. From reception to the concierge, all services we helpful and efficient. The grounds were immaculate, and the staff was friendly. I felt like was an important guest at the hotel.

It's a great hotel traveling for work or pleasure. The open areas are beautiful and full of people to meet. Th einternet is great if you need to woirk and there are places in the lobby bar where you can have your face-to-face or virtual meetings.
